How we do it
Peace-Led
We seek to promote peace and transform conflict through peaceful means. We are consultative, collaborative, and try to learn from each other. Instead of a posture of critique, we prefer to engage affirmatively.
Building Existing Capacity
Rather than positioning ourselves as experts prescribing off-the-shelf solutions, we recognise that everyone already holds the capacity to transform conflict.
Our role is to help others identify what that is and how best to foster it.
Heart and Head
Hope and wonder are powerful forces for change. While we love sharing ideas, we love connecting and researching through stories, art, music, and food too (and we suspect you do too!)
